Do I need to call ahead before coming in?
While appointments aren't necessary for emergencies, we recommend calling ahead if possible. This allows us to prepare for your arrival, but please know that we always accept walk-ins during our emergency hours. What emergency services do you offer?
During our operating hours, our services include examinations, digital x-rays and ultrasounds, in-house laboratory testing, wound care and trauma management, fluid therapy and stabilization, pain management, and emergency surgery when required.Do you also provide general veterinary care?
Indeed, we do. Besides emergency services, we offer wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, diagnostics, chronic disease management, spay/neuter procedures, routine surgeries, parasite prevention, and specialized care for senior pets. Can you access my pet's medical records from another clinic?
If your regular veterinarian is available, they can send us your pet's records via email. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring printed copies or upload them. We'll share our visit summary with your primary vet to ensure continuity of care.Do you offer payment plans?
We collaborate with third-party financing options such as CareCredit. However, we don't provide in-house payment plans at this time.Do you accept pet insurance?

We provide all necessary documentation to help you submit your claim and receive reimbursement from your insurance provider. How long is the wait for an emergency visit?
Wait times can vary depending on the severity of cases currently being treated. Critical patients are attended to immediately, while more stable pets may experience a brief wait. Can I stay with my pet during treatment?
